Programmes

Three and four week courses

The long-form courses. Start at the theory, finish able to take an order.

Short-term courses

One and two day masterclasses

A single technique, taught properly, in a day or two. Every course covers pricing and packaging alongside the recipes.

All 7 short-term courses

Built around you

Your course, your timings

Nothing here is fixed. Tell Sona what you want to learn and when you can actually get to the bench, and the course is put together around that.

  • Pick your own recipes

If you only want to learn three things, the course covers those three things. Mix modules from different courses, or bring a list of what you want to be able to bake.

  • Classes that fit around a job

Evening and weekend batches for working professionals, and daytime slots for mothers while the children are at school. Say what works and Sona will find a slot.

  • Group, one-to-one or online

Learn in a small group, book Sona to yourself, or join live online from anywhere. Eggless, gluten-free and vegan versions of the recipes on request.

After looking around quite a bit, I found Nedelsa baking classes run by Sona Gupta. She is very interactive and very good teacher. The cakes I baked in the first session itself was a big hit among my kids and other family members. Looking forward to learn cookies and other yummies! Thanks Sona 😊

The cookie classes were absolutely amazing! Mam was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole experience so much fun. My daughter loved learning new techniques and experimenting with different flavors. The cookies turned out perfectly delicious! Highly recommend to anyone who loves baking or wants to learn.

Sona Gupta

“Hey, I am Sona, a software engineer turned baker, tutor and entrepreneur. Baking isn’t just a job for me, it’s a full-blown love affair.”

She teaches both group classes and one-to-one, in Central Delhi, Greater Noida and online. The courses are built for people who want to bake for other people — which is why they end on vendors, costing and shelf life rather than on a photograph.
